Information we collect

When you book a discovery call, request an install, or sign up through our site, we collect the information you provide: business name, contact name, phone number, email address, business address, industry, and website.

When we deliver services, we work with the business systems you authorize us to access, such as your email account, website, booking tools, and accounting records. We access these only to configure and support the tools you purchased.

Our site uses standard server logs and payment processing through Stripe. We do not sell advertising and we do not run third-party ad trackers.

How we use information

We use your information to schedule and deliver installs, provide ongoing support, process payments, send service notifications, and respond to your requests.

We may use anonymized, aggregated information to improve our service offerings. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Service providers

We rely on a small set of processors to run our business: Stripe for payments, Google for calendar scheduling and email delivery, Supabase for secure data storage, Vercel for website hosting, and Resend for transactional email. Each processes data only as needed to provide their service.

Data retention and security

We keep client records for as long as you have an active relationship with us and as required for tax and legal obligations. Access to client data is limited to team members who need it to deliver your service.

If you want your information corrected or deleted, contact us and we will act on the request within 30 days, except where retention is legally required.

Your choices

You can opt out of non-essential emails at any time. You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you. You can close your account and request deletion of your data.
